Granny Smith Apple Pie

Granny Smith Apple Pie Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 stick melted Butter
  • 2 cups grated apples - Granny Smith

Dutch Apple Pie Recipe
Time: 1 hour
Serves: 6 - 8

Granny Smith Apple Pie Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients together in mixing bowl.
  • Add eggs and butter to dry ingredients. Fold in grated apples.
  • Pour into unbaked pie shell. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake about 50 minutes or until slightly brown.
Granny Smith Apple Pie Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 50 minutes.
  • Leave to cool before serving.
Granny Smith Apple Pie Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Cream, Ice Cream, or Custard.
  • Can be served Hot or Cold
