Apple Jack Dessert Recipe |
Apple Jack Ingredients:- 11oz of can Apple Pie Filling
- 20 Wonton Wrappers
- Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

Apple Jack Instructions:- Slice apples in pie filling into smaller pieces.
- Take the wonton wrappers and separate them placing 1 tablespoon of filling in the middle of each individual wrapper.
- Use a small amount of water to moisten the inside edge of the wonton wrapper then fold it in half diagonally and press the edges to seal.
- Put 2 inches of vegetable oil in an electric skillet setting the heat control to 350 degrees F.
- When oil has reached 350 degrees F, cook the Apple Jacks until they appear golden brown on each side using tongs to turn them over.
- Use paper towels to drain and allow them to cool slightly.
- Put powdered sugar in a sifter and sprinkle over the Apple Jacks before serving.
