Easy Apple Pie Ingredients:- 8 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored, sliced
- 1 recipe for a 9 inch double Crust Pie Pastry
- 115g Unsalted Butter
- 25g All-Purpose Flour
- 60ml Water
- 100g White Sugar
- 110g Packed Brown Sugar

Easy Apple Pie Instructions:- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the flour to make a paste then add the water, white sugar and brown sugar and bring to a boil. Lower the temperature and allow to simmer.
- Put the bottom crust in the pan then fill it with apples, mounded slightly then cover over with a lattice work of crust.
- Slowly pour the sugar and butter mixture over the crust.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Lower the temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the apples soften.

Easy Apple Pie Cooking Time:- Cooking times is 1 hour.
- Allow to cool a little before serving.
