Diabetic Apple Pie Recipe Ingredients:- Pastry for 2 Crust 9" pie
- 7 Large Apples - peeled, cored, sliced
- 1/2 cup Fruit Sweetener
- 1/4 cup Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate
- 1/4 cup Granulated Fructose
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Margarine
|  Time: 1 hour Serves: 8

Diabetic Apple Pie Recipe Instructions:- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Line pie bottom with pastry.
- Combine together all ingredients except margarine in a large bowl, mixing well before spooning into the pastry lined pan. Dot with margarine.
- Cover with top crust then seal and flute the edges. Make several small slits in the crust.
- Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the crust appears golden brown.
