Low Calorie Apple Recipe Ingredients:- 2¼ cups Apple Pie Filling
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 20oz Rhubarb Frozen Package
- 3 slices Bread - cut into cubes
- 3/4 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar - light packed
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Ground
- 1/2 teaspoon Apple Pie Spice
- 3 tablespoons Butter - melted

Low Calorie Apple Recipe Instructions:- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix together sugar and cornstarch in saucepan then add the rhubarb. Place over medium heat and stir constantly until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in the pie filling.
- In a small bowl, combine together bread, cracker crumbs, brown sugar and spices then add in butter and stir.
- Take half of the fruit mixture and spoon into 1½ quart baking dish. Spread half of bread mixture over the top then repeat the layering.
- Cover over then place in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove the cover then continue to bake for 10 minutes.
