- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup butter - room temperature

| Recipe for Apple Crisp Instructions:- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Toss the apples, lemon juice and vanilla together in a mixing bowl.
- Arrange apple slices in a 9 x 12 inch baking pan.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and oatmeal together in a bowl and cut in butter then sprinkle this mixture over the apples.
- Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until topping appears crunchy and apples have softened.
