The Apple Galette Recipe

The Apple Galette Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Puff Pastry Sheets - each 25 x 25cm
  • 2 Large Granny Smith Apples - peeled, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Caster Sugar
  • Honey - to serve

Dutch Apple Pie Recipe
Time: 40 min
Serves: 4

The Apple Galette Recipe Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cut four circles of 12cm from the puff pastry then arrange on a lightly buttered baking tray.
  • Place the apples on top of the pastry so that they are overlapping on another then brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is crisp and golden.
  • Drizzle with honey before serving.

  • Baking time is 20 - 25 minutes.
  • Allow to cool a little before serving.
The Apple Galette Recipe Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Cream, Ice Cream, or Custard.
