Glazed Apricots
Dessert Recipe

Glazed Apricots Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 20 Jumbo Moist Dried Apricots (about 6 ounces)

Time: 3 hour
Qty: 20

Glazed Apricots Instructions:
  • Stir water, honey and sugar in heavy large saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  • Add apricots and cook until apricots are tender and syrup is reduced and thinly coats spoon, stirring frequently, about 20 minutes.
  • Cool apricots in syrup at least 2 hours. Remove from syrup (apricots will be sticky). Drain on paper towels to remove any excess syrup.
Glazed Apricots Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 20 minutes.
Glazed Apricots Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Whipped Cream.
