Apricot Jam Recipe

Apricot Jam Recipe Ingredients:
  • 6 cups coarsely chopped Apricots
  • 3 cups Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice

Apricot Jam Recipe Instructions:
  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl then mix together well. Cover over and allow to stand at room temperature for 24 hours.
  • Transfer this mixture to a large saucepan, place over medium heat, stir frequently and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce to a low heat then cook for 25 minutes or until a candy thermometer registers 205°.
     
  • Pour jam into jars or airtight containers. Store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
