Recipe using Apricot Nectar |
Recipe using Apricot Nectar Ingredients:- 517g moist Yellow Cake Mix
- 4 Eggs
- 100g White Sugar
- 120ml Vegetable Oil
- 180ml Apricot Nectar
- 60ml Apricot Brandy
- 45ml Apricot Nectar
- 40g White Sugar
- 30g Butter

Recipe using Apricot Nectar Instructions:- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease and flour a 9 inch Bundt pan.
- Use an electric mixer on low speed to combine together the cake mix, eggs, 100g of sugar, oil, 180ml apricot nectar and 60 ml brandy in a large bowl. Mix for 3 minutes on high speed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan then invert onto a serving plate.
- To make the icing mix together 45ml apricot nectar, 40g sugar and 30g butter in a saucepan. Place over medium heat and stir until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved.
- Allow to cool for one minute then pour over the cake.

Recipe using Apricot Nectar Cooking Time:- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
