Banana Recipe

Banana Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup Butter - softened
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Dutch Apple Pie Recipe
Time: 1 hour
Serves: 1

Banana Recipe Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a 15x10 inch cookie sheet.
  • Mix together flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl then put to one side.
  • Cream together butter and sugars in a large mixing bowl then add the egg and vanilla. Combine well then add bananas and mix until smooth. Gradually add the dry ingredients and blend well then fold in the chocolate chip pieces.
  • Spread the batter evenly onto the cookie sheet.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the top appears golden brown.
  • Allow to cool completely in pan.
  • Cut into bars and serve.
