Banana Muffin Recipe

Banana Muffin Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Large Bananas - mashed
  • 1/2 cup White Sugar
  • 1 slightly beaten Egg
  • 1/3 cup Melted Margarine
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1½ cups Flour

Banana Muffin Recipe Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine together the mashed banana, sugar, egg and margarine then put to one side.
  • Combine together baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour in another bowl.
  • Mix together the wet and dry ingredients being careful not to over-stir.
  • Pour into greased muffin tins.
  • Place in oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
Banana Muffin Recipe Cooking Time:
  • Baking time is about 20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool a little before serving.

  • Serve Tea, Coffee or even Custard.
