Easy Banana Cake Recipe

Easy Banana Cake Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 1 Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • Eggs and Oil - the same as what the cake mix calls for

Serves: 4 - 6

Easy Banana Cake Recipe Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Peel bananas then beat with a hand mixer. Add cake mix, baking soda, water, eggs and oil.
  • Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan then pour the mixture into the pan.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Easy Banana Cake Recipe Cooking Time:
  • Baking times is about 40 minutes.
  • Allow to cool a little before serving.
