Ultimate Banana Nut Bread Recipe

Ultimate Banana Nut Bread Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Bananas - mashed
  • 150g Margarine
  • 160g Brown Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 350g Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 100g Walnuts - chopped
  • 1/2 cup Milk

Ultimate Banana Nut Bread Recipe Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Sift flour and baking powder together.
  • Beat together butter and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy then beat in the eggs. Add mashed bananas then add the flour mixture with milk alternately to the butter mixture. Add nuts, salt and vanilla.
  • Pour into greased loaf pan.
  • Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

  • Baking time is about 50 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
