Low Fat Banana Coffee Cake Recipe Ingredients:- 1/2 cup Ripe Banana - mashed
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 8 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Light Sour Cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- cinnamon - as desires
- Nutmeg
- 1/2 cup Walnuts

Low Fat Banana Coffee Cake Recipe Instructions:- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Cream together butter and 6 tablespoons of sugar for 2 to 5 minutes then add in egg and sour cream. Put to one side.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in another bowl.
- Add mashed bananas to the wet ingredients then mix in half of the dry ingredients. Add the remaining dry ingredients to the wet ingredients then stir in the nuts.
- Combine 2 tablespoons of sugar with cinnamon.
- Spoon half of the batter into a pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over the batter then spoon the remaining batter over the cinnamon and sugar.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
