Banana Instructions:- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a 9 inch round pan.
- Combine together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and brown sugar in a large bowl.
- Put the bananas, eggs, oil, rum, sour cream and vanilla in a food processor and blend until smooth. Mix in with the dry ingredients until smooth then stir in the coconut.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared pan then sprinkle with nuts and cinnamon.
- Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
