Healthy Banana Bread Recipe Ingredients:- 1½ cup mashed Bananas
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
|  Time: 1 hour 10 min Serves: 4 - 6

Healthy Banana Bread Recipe Instructions:- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Beat the egg and mash the bananas then mix them together with sugar, salt and cinnamon.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda in a large bowl then add the egg and banana mixture then stir together.
- Pour the batter into the bread pan.
- Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes. Test by inserting a knife into the loaf, when done the knife should come out clean.

- Allow to cool a little before serving.
