Peanut Butter and Banana Recipe

Peanut Butter and Banana Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1½ cups Peanut Butter
  • 2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Butter - softened
  • 3 Bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2½ cups Flour

Serves: 4 - 6

Peanut Butter and Banana Recipe Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cream white and brown sugars with the butter then add the peanut butter. Mix with an electric mixer.
  • Break the bananas up and add to the mixer. Continue to mix until lumps disappear. Mix in the salt and baking powder then add the flour.
  • Use a greased cookie sheet.
  • Place in oven and bake for 8 to 12 minutes depending on size cookies.
  • Be careful not to over-bake the cookies.
Peanut Butter and Banana Recipe Cooking Time:
  • Baking time 8 - 12 minutes.
  • Allow to cool a little before serving.
