Blackberry Cobbler Recipe Ingredients:- 115g Butter
- 250g Self-Rising Flour
- 400g white Sugar
- 475ml Milk
- 505g Blackberries

Blackberry Cobbler Recipe Instructions:- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F then melt the butter in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Combine the flour, sugar and milk together in a medium bowl, the batter will be slightly lumpy.
- Pour this mixture over the melted butter in the baking pan being careful not to mix them together.
- Drop the blackberries into the batter.
- Place in the oven and bake for 60 minutes or until golden brown.

- Allow to cool a little before serving.
