Fresh Blackberry Recipe Ingredients:- 430g Fresh Blackberries
- 3 Fresh Peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced
- 25g Cornstarch
- 150g White Sugar
- 388g Double Crust - ready to use pie crust
- 30g Butter - melted
- 7g Ground Cinnamon
- 2g Ground Nutmeg
|  Time: 1 hour 10 min Serves: 4 - 6

Fresh Blackberry Recipe Instructions:- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine together the blackberries, peaches, cornstarch and sugar.
- Press a pie crust into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan then pour the blackberry mixture into it and cover with the other pie crust.
- Seal the crusts together by crimping the edges. Create slits in the top to vent then brush with the melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon and nutmeg over the top.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Lower the temperature to 350 degrees F and continue to cook for 35 to 40 minutes or until the top appears golden brown.

Fresh Blackberry Recipe Cooking Time:- Baking Time is 50 - 55 minutes or until the top appears golden brown.
- Allow to cool a little before serving.
