Pumpkin Cake Ingredients:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (take out 1 cup, set aside
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg

Dutch Apple Pie Recipe

Serves: 8 - 10

Pumpkin Cake Instructions:
  • Mix and press into 9 x 12 inch pan.
  • Beat 1 large can pumpkin, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2/3 cup milk.
  • Pour over cake mixture.
  • Make crumbs from reserved cup of cake mix, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup butter. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture.
  • Sprinkle with NUT meats. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Pumpkin Cake Cooking Time:
  • Cooking time 1 hour.
  • Leave to cool before serving.
Pumpkin Cake Serving Instructions:
  • Serve with Whipped Cream or Custard.
