Apple Cake Recipe Ingredients:- 2 Eggs
- 250ml Vegetable Oil
- 400g Caster Sugar
- 275g Plain Flour
- 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 500g cored, peeled and diced Apple

Apple Cake Recipe Instructions:- Grease and flour a 20x30cm cake tin.
- Mix the vegetable oil and eggs together then beat until foamy.
- Add the following ingredients to this mixture; sugar, flour, cinnamon, bicarbonate of soda, salt and vanilla. Mix together well.
- Add the diced apples and stir well. The mixture will be very thick, therefore, you will have to spoon it into the cake tin.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove the Apple Cake from the oven and allow to stand in the cake tin and cool for approximately 10 minutes.
