Chocolate Chip Dessert Recipe |
Chocolate Chip Ingredients:- Crust:
- 2½ cups finely crushed crispchocolate-chip cookies (25 to 28 cookies)
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Filling: - 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce, slightly softened
- ½ gallon (8 cups) chocolate chip ice cream, slightly softened
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- ½ cup caramel ice cream topping, (optional)
|  Time: 5 hour Serves: 16 - 20

Chocolate Chip Instructions:- Line a 13-by-9-inch pan with foil.
- In a medium bowl, combine the crust ingredients; mix well.
- Press crumbs in foil-lined pan. Freeze 20 minutes or until very cold.
- Spread the fudge sauce over crust. Freeze 30 minutes or until firm.
- In a large bowl, combine ice cream and marshmallows; spoon and spread over fudge sauce.
- Cover; freeze until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
