| Chocolate Cheesecake Dessert Recipe | Chocolate Cheesecake Ingredients:- Crust
- Non-stick Cooking Spray
- 1 and a 1/3 cups Crushed Chocolate
- 30 wafer cookies
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 5 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Melted
- Filling
- 7 ounces Bittersweet Chocolate, chopped finely
- Three 8-ounce packages Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure Vanilla Essence

| Chocolate Cheesecake Instructions:- Preheat oven to 350 F .
- Spray the cooking spray on the inside of a 9-inch pan.
- Crush cookies, sugar, and salt in a food processor and grind into fine crumbs.
- Add the melted butter and blend until the crumbs are moistened.
- Put the crumb mixture into the pan and press down evenly around the bottom and about 3 cm up the sides of the pan,
- Make sure that you pack it down tightly with your fingertips and leave to stand.
- Put 2 inches of water in a saucepan and bring to a light simmer.
- Place the chocolate in a stainless-steel or glass bowl big enough that will rest on the side of the saucepan.
- Put the bowl above the simmering water in the saucepan and use the steam to melt the chocolate.
- Do not let the bottom of the bowl touch the water.
- Heat lightly and whisk occasionally, until the chocolate is completely melted and leave to cool.
- Mix the softened cream cheese and sugar in a big mixing bowl.
- Use a electric mixer on high speed until very smooth.
- Add the eggs, one by one and mix on low speed until combined and then scraping down the sides of the bowl.
- Stir in the melted chocolate and vanilla.
- Place the prepared pan on a baking sheet and pour in the filling.
- Cook the cheesecake until the perimeter is set but the center is still a little soft about 55 minutes.
- When you remove the cheesecake from the oven, run a sharp knife around the edges of the pan.
- Put the cheesecake on a wire rack and let it cool down completely.
- Cover it in plastic, and refrigerate it for at least 6 hours or overnight.

- Refrigerate 6 or more hours.
