Chocolate Pudding Dessert Recipe |
Chocolate Pudding Ingredients:- 125g / 5oz self raising Flour
- 75g / 3oz Butter
- 15g / ½oz Corn-flour
- 15g / ½oz Cocoa powder
- 75g / 3oz Caster sugar
- 1 large beaten Egg
- Pinch of Salt
- 6 tablespoons of cold milk for mixing
|  Time: 2 hours Serves: 4

Chocolate Pudding Instructions:- Mix flour, corn-flour, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl and rub butter in finely.
- Add sugar and stir to a soft consistency with egg and milk.
- Mix fast until well combined then pour into a 1 litre or 2 pint buttered pudding basin.
- Now cover with greaseproof paper or aluminium foil.
- Steam slowly for about 1 hour 30min to 2 hours or until the pudding has well risen.

Chocolate Pudding Cooking Time:- 2 hours
- Cool slightly before serving.

Chocolate Pudding Serving Instructions:- Serve with Custard, Cream or Ice Cream.
