Peanut Butter Cookie Ingredients:- 1/2 cup Shortening
- 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Egg
- 3 tablespoons Milk
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt

Peanut Butter Cookie Instructions:- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Take a medium bowl and mix together shortening, peanut butter and brown sugar and do this until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla, milk and eggs then combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir into the mixture until well blended.
- Drop rounded spoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the oven.
- Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes.
