No Bake Cookie Ingredients:- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup Coconut -desiccated
- 3/4 cup Powdered Milk
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 oz Mixed Candied Fruit chopped
- 2 oz Red and Green Candied
- Cherries-chopped
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 4.5 oz White Vegetable Shortening
- 5oz White Chocolate Chips

Serves: 6

No Bake Cookie Instructions:- 9 x 13" tin brush with oil.
- Line sides and base with paper.
- Mix Rice Krispies, coconut, powdered milk, powdered sugar and all fruits in a bowl.
- Slice up the shortening.
- Place with the chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water.
- Stir until mixture has melted and is smooth.
- Combine chocolate and Rice Krispie mixture.
Press into the prepared tin. - Refrigerate until set then remove from the tin.
- Leave to cool about 10 minutes and then cut into squares with a sharp knife.

No Bake Cookie Cooking Time:- Not cooking time just set time 10 minutes.
- Store in a airtight Tin or Jar if any left.

No Bake Cookie Serving Instructions:- Serve to children as a treat or at a party.
