Passion Fruit Ice Cream Ingredients:- 250 ml (1 cup) pouring cream
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk
- 230g caster sugar
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 lemon
- pulp of 6 fresh passion fruits

Passion Fruit Ice Cream Instructions:- Put the cream, milk and sugar in a bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Then transfer to a 1L capacity ice cream container.
- Cover and freeze.
- After an hour, remove the bowl from the freezer, give an energetic whisk and return to the freezer.
- After another 2 hours whisk again, this time whisking in the lemon rind, juice and passion fruit pulp.
- Return to the freezer and freeze for 6 hours or overnight (recommended) until it is firm.
