| Rhubarb Cobbler Dessert Recipe | Rhubarb Cobbler Ingredients:- COBBLER:
- 2-3 cup rhubarb (pieces)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- Nutmeg (optional)
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoon lard
- 1/2 cup milk
- Pinch of salt
|  Time: 1 hour Serves: 6
| Rhubarb Cobbler Instructions:- Place cut up rhubarb in large bowl. Stir in the water, sugar, flour and nutmeg.
- Put this in pie pan or 8"x8" pan.
- Mix flour, baking powder, lard, milk and salt together and put on top of rhubarb mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
| Rhubarb Cobbler Cooking Time:- Cooking time 45 - 50 minutes.
- Leave to cool before serving.
| Rhubarb Cobbler Serving Instructions:- Serve with Cream, Ice Cream, or Custard.
- Can be served Hot or Cold
