Lemon Trifle Dessert Recipe |
Lemon Trifle Ingredients:- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup scalding milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup sugar
|  Time: 3 hour Serves: 4

Lemon Trifle Instructions:- Combine butter and flour and add scalding milk, stirring constantly.
- When cool, add egg yolks, well beaten with sugar, then juice and rind of lemon.
- Just before putting in oven, fold in stiffly beaten whites of eggs.
- Bake 35 minutes in moderate oven.

Lemon Trifle Cooking Time:- Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

Lemon Trifle Serving Instructions:- Serve with whipped cream.
- Great for all types of Parties.
